1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically acquires possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can contact us:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
  • Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago (unless defective)

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds will include the original product price and standard delivery costs
  • If you chose express delivery, we will refund only the standard delivery cost
  • Refunds typically process within 14 days of receiving your return
  • The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at supportcenter@wrozelonsharae.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

For defective products, we will:

  • Arrange for the product to be returned at our expense
  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Process your claim within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

8. Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at supportcenter@wrozelonsharae.world. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt.

12. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Norwegian consumers have rights under the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), including the right to complain about defective goods. EU/EEA consumers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You may have additional rights under local law that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
